Well another year has flown by and we are still here thanks to all of my loyal friends! Due to the support you all have continued to give me, I know we will continue to grow and become better and better as my health continues to improve.
those who aren't aware, I have had several years of health challenges which has inhibited the love I have for meeting new friends and visiting those I have made over the past seven years.
In November 2017, I had to have an "emergency" cervical surgery
and fusion. I am so blessed that I have a wonderful neurosurgeon that followed his intuition and had an MRI done on my neck and discovered a vertebra that had somehow been damaged and was crushing the spinal cord! Dr. Wogu informed me that the cord in that
area was about one quarter of the width that it should be. He said he was really surprised that I was not paralyzed yet! One of the possible risks from surgery could be paralysis! This was a very scary time.
